The international scientific conference “Georgian Wine and Vine – Traditions and Scientific Challenges” is a high range international scientific forum which will promote popularization of sciences studying Georgian wine and vine and development of scientific research in this direction.
The aim of the conference is to make sciences of Georgian studies popular – expand the scale of the Georgian science research, internationalization and international recognition.
The conference planned within the scope of the program will be fully dedicated to historical-ethnographic and biotechnological research of Georgian wine and vine. Foreign and Georgian scientists, researchers, students, specialists of scientific-training centers, regulating bodies of the field, specialists employed in the public and private sector and a wider audience interested in popularizing Georgian wine and vine cultures will attend the conference.
Conference working languages are Georgian and English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided at plenary sessions and symposia as well as master classes for young researchers and thematic scientific discussions will be translated.
